Objective: Create a large scale sea creature for the opening of the new exhibition in a local aquarium called “Creatures of the Deep Blue Sea.”  This installation will be the focal point for the exhibit that catches guest’s eyes without interfering with their engagement with the actual exhibit.

• This structure is 18"x 18"x 30" and made out of two different sizes of wire: thicker wire for the outline/structure, thinner wire for details

• Curved lines were the main element of the composition and they helped convey the smooth texture and rounded, organic shape of the manatee’s body as well as the streamlined form.
